Day 02 of Culinary Tour : Cochin
After breakfast, stroll through the local spice and fish markets in Fort Cochin area visit St. Francis Church, Dutch Palace and Jewish Synagogue and back to Hotel Casino for an introduction to Indian and Keralan cuisine, followed by cooking demonstration with an emphasis on seafood overnight in Cochin
Day 03 of Culinary Tour : Cochin - Thekkady
This day you will proceed to Periyar that's lying in the lap of picturesque cardamom hills of Kerala, check in at the Spice Village resort. Afternoon enjoy boat safari on the Periyar lake to see wildlife later return to Spice Village for a live cooking demonstration using fresh spices from the surrounding forests overnight at your hotel.

Day 04 of Culinary Tour : Thekkady
Your hotel staff will introduce you to the various spices that are grown in this region, in their natural habitat, while taking you on walking tour of Spice Village. Later you will have a lesson on cooking with the spices by your resort chef, so you can take home few tips on Keralan cooking with spices overnight at your hotel
